We bring attention to the fact that millions of children are living in poverty in rural Americaand the numbers are growing. Children who live in poverty in rural areas are more likely to be in deep poverty. Deep poverty is defined as a household with half the income of the poverty threshold. Many of these children have few clothes for school and play. That is why at Primitive Trails we donate new clothing to a child in need with every sale. The clothes we donate are new, in multiple colors and do not have the Primitive Trails logo.
